Being productive during the day can make you feel better because you've accomplished some tasks wich make you stop feeling so overwhelmed by your responsabilities. You feel like you've been actually doing something and you're usually proud of it. The satisfaction feeling often comes when you accomplish something.
Being productive is very beneficial for your mental and physical health.
