         Dear Sir,

      Thank you for the delivery made today. Unfortunately, when opening the package, I was unpleasantly surprised to find that although my order was for 3 English author novels and 4 Romanian authors short stories, inside there were only 2 English and 2 Romanian books. I enclosed the photos of the existing books and my order.

     Please, be so kind as to check this situation and to remedy it as quickly as possible, as I need these books for my homework for next week.
