1. To stay healthy, eat fruits and vegetables. 2. Drink at least 2l of water per day. 3. Exercise regularly, not to look good, but for keeping your heart strong. 4. Sleep a minimum of 7-8 hours each night. 5. Never skip breakfast. 6. Move your body 30-90 minutes everyday. Go for a walk in the park or dance more. 7. Avoid dairy, gluten and sugar. 8. Do not smoke and do not drink alcohol. 9. Think positively, laugh more, stay strong. 10. Avoid excess stress.
