I'm sorry to hear that, but I hope I can find a job for Ben.

If Ian wants a light job, I'd recommend him to find a job related to his flat. Perhaps as a groundskeeper or housekeeper for starters. Then, if he likes to rise the stakes a little, he can become an engineer or something like that.

Oh, and speaking of not being reasonable, you're not unreasonable at all! Tell him about the importance of work and then,if it still doesn't work,tell him to start small.
