The author thinks twinning is a good idea.

Referring to the twin town movement, he believes that it helped in a huge way to maintain the peace in Europe. By student-exchange programs, the author sees the opportunity of British children to visit foreign countries and foreign families, gaining information that they wouldn’t be able to reach otherwise.

Also, referring to companies, the author sees as well a good opportunity in linking companies and attract investments.

As for Mr. Potato Head, even though a misunderstanding was created, visitors were taking the advantage of a new tourist center and a factory was open by a company, creating 500 new jobs.
