In these days, the technology seems to take over the scrawny pieces of paper and the organised school supplies are rather outdated in front of shiny laptops with new school profiled programs. So, the first thing I'd like to change about my school is the technology. Not because I want to play Fifa in the in between class breaks, but because the Internet is way more resourceful than a library (with easier acces, too) and again, programmers are the ones that will build the life for tomorrow.
Open minded teachers. It's no secret that in schools, many teachers are ready for their retirement. It's a good thing, because no matter how much they try, they were taught to learn a strict mindset and infiltrate it in the youth's mind (let's not forget communism belief), and new, young teachers mean open-minded and arguably more educated in some aspects school activity from both the teacher and the student.
This means a more secure relationship between the students and their teacher, it means trust and reciprocated respect, which seems that with the old teachers, respect equals fear. I expect more education in other fields that are slowly, but surely, more important than -let's say, singing carols in a music class- starting with feminism, the lgbtq+ community and (I cannot stress this enough) our mental health and how to live a healthy life - no, having a good job and a nice family does not equal a healthy life, not even a happy life in some cases.

Classes should be taught in a way that eveybody should understand at least the basics and in a way where students do not require a separate tutor. After class activities require, first and foremost, time. And with the current curriculum, that thing is a subjective matter. But I would like all the schools to offer a vast variety of hobbies and groups, not just the private, expensive schools such as Waldorf or FEG.
