I believe this sentence is affirmative. More and more parents just think that the child should eat anything. I mean, there are some obese children because of diseases and others..food. They eat much fast-food, unhealthy food, and its parents aren't doing anything. They should limitate fast food and going on a healthy life with healthy food.
