Many parents advise their children to play as many sports as they can. Of course, there is a reason why they do it. Today, not many children like to play sports anymore and they prefer to stay in bed all day. I can't disagree, it's nice, but sports and exercising are a very important part of our life. Besides, sports have many benefits. Making your body look better, fitter and healthier are only some of them. And if you found a sport that you like, don't hesitate to practice it, either if it's football or basketball or just going for a walk or going to the gym.
