how you feel and ask for advice.

a. you should make some tea and go lay in bed, it will calm you down and you will no longer feel bad, you shouldn't eat any junk food meanwhile

b. what should i do, doctor? should i go and sleep? maybe I'll feel better? or maybe i shouldn't and I should make some tea, or should i do both?
