1. Fairy tales are stories that range from those originating in folklore to more modern stories defined as literary fairy tales.

2. I don't think I'm able to express my opinion on this statement, but I think teenagers are attracted to "The dark side of life" because many find themselves in this statement. So, after all I can say that I kinda agree with teenager's attraction in "The dark side of life".
