Recently, we created a time machine. This object helps you travel around the Earth in time. To travel in time, you need a lot of resources for fuel, so that you can power your time machine. Not everyone has acces to this capsule, because it's very dangerous to play with time travel, if you mess up something in the past, you can destroy both present and future, that's why only autorised people have acces to it for different experiments.
