In the city of Bucharest, a well known monument is "Arcul de Triumf".

It is located in "Arcul de Triumf Square", at an intersection. You can go there either by subway or by bus, the rife taking less than 30 minutes on average. There aren't any steps or windows, you can admire it from the sidewalk or out the windows of your car. Sadly, it has no interiors so you cannot visit it.

"Arcul de Triumf" is a great monument you should definitely see if you are a tourist in Bucharest.
