Hello. I am going to answer in English, I hope that's okay.
I prefer to talk seriously about topics like school and financial situation, you can transfer some of my ideas into a casual, relaxed answer.
1. I think it's a bit ridiculous to pay all students who go to school since not all of them excel or even bother to study to get a good grade. Instead of arguing about paying students, we should instead pay those who participate in competitions and get medals, and those who have very good grades, a grade point average above 3.7.
2. internet and electricity in this day and age should undoubtedly be free for everyone on this planet, no questions asked. There should be no difficulty for a person living in a 3rd world or underdeveloped country to access the world's knowledge in the form of the internet. We trust governments and officials to improve our daily lives, but no changes are made to help those who need it most. A genius of the calibre of Ramanujan or Einstein could be living in poverty with no way to communicate with the world, and we can only blame those in power. We should focus on clean, renewable energy like solar power and nuclear fission so that no one has to worry about running out of electricity or having to pay for it.
3. no, I think it is a terrible parenting decision to give young children - under 12 - access to tablets and phones. I cannot speak out against such a policy because they are not my children, but they will be my generation and I will be the one who suffers because society has exposed the young mind to too many entertainment options that our parents never had, which in turn dulls everyday life to the point that nothing seems as fun as being online or on the phone. This leads to antisociality and damages children's psyches. That's why I am against young children using tablets or electronic devices at all unless it's solely for their education.
