I was on a trip from Australia to england . on the day a terrible storm destroyed our ship ,the 'John Dee' .I juped into the water and the sea left me on the beach of an island .the other sailors couldn't swim so they all died in the sea.I needed some food so I some birds eggs . I collected some wild potatoes and some fruit , too . after that I found a tree house and I slept .for hours and hours beause I was so tired . the sun woke me in morning . I looked out to sea , but I couldn't see any ships .
