The greatest burden is not running the huge operations of government--or meeting daily troubles, large and small--or even working with the Congress, something that its related to daily tasks, but being able to listen and analyze in order to get the right conclusions and than decide to execute the final decision. Might look like an easy comfortable job, but there is a huge amount of responsibility behind any action that a President of any country is in charge to apply. This is one of the reasons why most of the Presidents will allow highly moral and educated individuals to occupy a counselor position in his staff. A President like any human need advices too!
