Nothing else in the world matters more than spending time with your family. A family is a social group, made from parents and children. For some families, their schedule is so tight that they don't have time to spend together. But when they do, it feels like all of your stress has gone away. Family is what matters most, nobody else will understand you as much as them. In conclusion, the proverb is right.
