Personally, I believe it may be a good idea to do some surveying around the school and find out the top 3 classrooms where most students would like to spend their time. Then, we can check the size of the rooms, and pick the one that can best accommodate all the activities.

We can have an area for the art class in the back, and set a specific drawer for the materials. For the students that want to read during that time we can have a few shelves with some interesting books that we can get as a donation or each students can bring his own book and exchange it with their classmates.

Next , we can equip the room with a video-projector, air-conditioning and  an audio-system.
