My name is (numele tau intreg) and I am here to complain about your services. At 8 o'clock, yesterday, something happened at the airport. A lady screamed at me.

I was sitting down on a chair, waiting for my plane, and a lady screamed at me, telling me to go home because she doesn't want me here. I didn't understand why. I believe it was one of you workers. That is not the only thing that happened! Someone stole my food and all my clothes! And the people that worked at you company, didn't even bother to tell me anything, or at least make an announcement.

Please, do something about it.
