Are video games addictive activities or mind sports?

Describe your own views in a 200-word essay in which you mention your opinion about computer games. Do video games cause dependence or are they sports of the mind?

Daca nu ai Idiei,dezvolta ideea mea:

Well,my opinion on video games is mixed.I do think that they are addictive for some,but if you manage to make yourself stop,they become something that you do not have to worry about ;
But i also belive that a few of them are meant to help sudents progress,through new and easy tehniques wich makes all so much more interesting.One example of a Game that i truly belive helped a lot is Quizlet.In this app you make Study cards,that you can read Any time,and bonus,they have these categories that help you learn and then be tested from What you learned.That kind of app is really helpful.
And also, there are video games that are all about solving puzzles,and discovering new things.
I belive that video games and apps are a bit addictive but some are very helpful,as i metioned before.
