Last Monday, Mike LEFT home at 3:30 in the afternoon. He WALKED to the park. There he SAW a very nice dog. Mike WANTED to have a pet because all his friends HAD one. He RAN after the dog and when he WAS near the dog, he STROKE it. He TOOK it home. Of course, Mike FELT very happy. When he GOT home, the dog STARTED to bark. A few minutes later, a policeman CAME and ASKED Mike to give the dog back. The boy BEGAN to cry and the policeman FELT sorry for him.
