I would hire citizens to plant trees togheter and pick up the trash around the green space, which would reward them with money , so that they won't work for almost nothing, I would stop some unnecessary factories producing dangerous smoke and unhealthy substances which would endanger the animals and forests, I would make fishing more strict, so not everyone can fish and poluate the waters.
