The most important things you can do to keep your body healty are as follows:
1 do not smoke - there's a long list of problems it will cause you, it's not worth it. and you don't want to be in a room with a smoker either, secondhand smoke is worse
2 do not drink alcohol - people think that if they recover the next day that's always going to be the case, in reality you're doing damage to you body that it will catch up with you
3 do not starve yourself - if you make a habit of doing that your stomach won't be functioning right
4 sleep at night - go to bed before midnight, trying to make up for it with a nap won't do much
5 don't worry so much - you're making yourself ill for passing and insignificant things, save your energy for something important
