I (backed her up) telling her that she shouldn't (give up) so quickly and that she should look for an assistant to help her. I also told her that she (took after) her mom in ambition and hard work. That made her laugh. She asked me to root for her so that she can (keep up) her work. At the end of the discussion, she was persuaded and was (looking forward) to having an assistant! I was (cheered up) to see her so determined!
