I was going o write before,but Morris came back from university a day before yesterday and I was rather upset since. I was very happy to see him after so many weeks and I’m so glad to have him back with us.
Unfortunately he breaks the most unexpected news to me.He will be marrying that girl Jennifer Brown and goes to live with her in July.I was so baffle at the hearing of that, that I lost all my words.I never thought he was going to leave us and so so on but mothers should be prepaired for such things shouldn’t they?
A son can’t remain with his parents after all. But Jennifer Brown! I expected him to marry a well-bred girl. That girl is so vulgar,so common! And her family! Such poor and uneducated people. And he wasn’t even forced to marry her! She must have bewitch my beloved son. I didn’t recognize him.
Dear Christine,pardon me for(not?) writing more. I am so upset by all that, really. I don’t think I deserve that. Say hello to the children for me.
