Rezumat/ Summary
"The adventure of Kintaro, the Golden boy" is a beautiful Japanese story by Yei Theodora Ozaki. He is a strong boy who lives with his mother in mountains after his father died. His friends are animals. In one day he went on hills with his friends: a bear, a monkey, a deer and a hare. They played wrestling. After the game they went to home but in their way was a river and wasn't any bridge, so the strong boy pushed a tree and made a bridge. A woodcutter saw him and followed him. Kintaro came home and told his mother how was his day. Suddenly they heard a voice. It was the woodcutter who wanted a match with the boy to see how powerful is he. Kintaro won the match and after the woodcutter told them that he is the general of Lord Minamoto-no-Raiko and he want to take the boy for training because the Lord Raiko needs many samurai for his army. His mother let his child to go with the general in Capital. After Kinato was trained to become a samurai, a cannibal monster came in city and the Golden boy was fighting with the creature. Kinato won and was named the hero of Japan. The boy kept his promise and built a house and lived with his mother to the end of her days.

Most interesting event:
The most interesting event from story is the scene when he pushes a tree and then is seen by a woodcutter. After he comes at home he has a match with that woodcutter who is actually a general. Kinato's mother always wanted for his son to become a samurai like his father, so she let him go with Sadamitsu, the general of the Lord Raiko. Thus Kinato becomes a hero and a Golden Boy.
