-As we can see in both images, the Industrial Maintenance Worker and the Executive are two very distinct jobs. Every single aspect of them are different. The Executive need to be more skillful, have a degree and a university qualification, but he is also more stressful because it takes more responsibility, while the Industrial Maintenance Worker has to work physically harder. He doesn't really need a high degree but at the same time, he is much less payed than an Executive.

-Both jobs have their advantages and disadvantages, they are for 2 different social classes:

1. The people that should put their physical force to work in order to earn some money, usually their job is more miserably.

2. And people who put their brain and time but also skills to work, they have a good revenue, and their job is seen as more prestigious.
