Dear Sir/ Madame,
I am writing today to complain of the fact that the employees of your company park their cars in our supermarket parking area and because of that, we are losing customers. Lately, a lot of our customers have handed in their complaints saying that they have waited a long time to find a parking spot and that we should fix this problem soon or otherwise they won't shop at our supermarket anymore.
When I first heard about these complaints, I didn't stay still as a manager and I went as soon as possible to find out what is actually happening with our parking area. I soon found out that a lot of the cars that were parked there remained in the same park spot for the whole day. I asked our employees if they parked their cars in our parking area, but as I thought they all said "no" which is no surprise as we, the employees have our own parking area behind the supermarket. Then, as your company is the only one next to our location, I went there and asked your employees as well. A lot of them said that they were parking their cars in our parking area because your company has hired many other people, so there weren't enoght parking spots for them. I tried to explain the situation to them, saying that even if they don't have space to park their cars at your company, they shouldn't fill almost all of our parking spots because it is making us lose customers.
