I love dogs,it doesn't matter the size or how much fur they have,so...of course I adopted a puppy from a shelter,I just wanted to offer her the chance to have a family...and I don't regret my desicion...even if one night she scared me pretty well...Let me tell you:
She stays in the house yard and she has a very small size,she can get through each hole,like a bigger mouse.I was sure she doesn't have any ways to escape,yes I know it's not good to keep her locked but she is very easily scared of other dogs. 
One night,while I was taking a shower I heard her barking. I didn't think she has any problems so I continued my normal routine...it was 9.30 p.m. After I finished the shower I saw she was still barking,then I scared a little bit,thinking that she blocked somewhere and she needs some help,so I went outside and called her name,she normally answer in less than 10 seconds. I saw she isn't coming so I started going after her barking. It was dark and the light we had in the garden didn't function. I scared,but my mother was sleeping and I didn't want to wake her up. I went to the back gate,the place that I heard her barking.She was there! I was shaking,not because it was cold,because I thought something happened to her. 
She was so happy when she saw me and I could see in her thankful eyes that she loves me very much.
