Am de facut o scrisoare tip plangere in engleza despre un film la cinema , ca a inceput prea devreme , ca locul meu era ocupat si asa mai departe. Am nevoie cu argumente . Va rog frumos ma puteti ajuta ?

Hello,my name is Anca.
I would like to report some things about your Cinema.
First,i bought a ticket for the movie "Frozen" at 7:00 P.M.
The Movie would've started at 7:30 P.M,But when i entered the Cinema Stage,the Movie already started from 7:00 P.M!
I also went to take my seat,but someone already took it,saying it's theirs.
I showed them my ticked saying that's my seat,but they didn't care. I also tried to tell the Security Guards what happend,but they didn't listen.
I've never seen such Cinema before.
Also,the Popcorn was burned and had a crusty feeling.
The Soda had a lot of chemichals,and the air conditioner Was set at -3 grades.
Please fix your Cinema problems,or the Police will shut it down. I already informed the police about it.
