How the zebra got its stripes

Zebras are a part ofthe same family like the horses. Zebras have on their body vertical black abd white stripes with camouflage role and defense agains the veninous fly. There are three principale species, all living in Africa. Those three specirs are: fiel zebra, mountain zebra and Grevy's zebra.

Field zebra is the most known and lives on the fields in Africa's east.

Mountains zebra live in the south-west mountains of Africa. They have a white belly and the stripes are narrower than fields zebras.

Grevy's zebras are the biggest species of zebras. It has spiky mane, big ears and narrower stripes.
