Technology is good because:
- it helps you find things easier and quicker
- do projects and work on your computer
- search up for information that you're interested in
- things such as presentations are much easier to show (or make)

Technology isn't good because:
- diseases and pain are usually caused, especially if spending a lot of time in front of the PC (headache, eyes hurting etc)
- social anxiety
- paying less attention to everything
- feeling very tired
- affects your sleep
