   3.It`s a good idea to check your house the day before you leave,because maybe you had some things forgotten.
   4.A big friendly smile is understood in every language. When you smile,everybody will smile you back.

b)Eight steps to planning a great holiday:
- find an exciting place to go
- plan your trip carefully:find interesting places to see on your way there
- watch the weather forecast to make sure you`re choosing a nice weather time 
- make a trip plan for every day of it:things must see or do while you`re there
- make a list of things you`ll take with you
- talk to some friends of yours to get more fun ideas
- invite some of your friends
