                                      The happy man 


  Once upon a time there lived a king.On New Year's day he went to a wise man to be taught to become happy.The wise man consulted his and found the remedy.
   'Your Majesty, you must get into the clothes of a happy man, and only this way his happiness pass on you'
     Before he went on his journey ,the king questioned the most powerful men on earth.But none was happy.Also he asked a handsome young man who wore a sword of gold.This young once was rewarded by the king so generously  that he was considerated to be the richest man on earth.
   'Are you happy?'
  'No,your Majesty.Perharps it is because of my treasures.That's why I want to give all the money you gave me with many thanks.'
    The king also asked peasants,workers,clerks,but none was really happy.
    One day, he climbed up in the mountains.There he meet a shepherd who was whistling. 
  'Are you happy?I heard you whistling like a blackbird'
  'You could say I am happy',answered the shepherd.
 As soon as he heard these words,the king ordered his soldiers to remove the man's shirt.But tha happy man didn't wear a shirt.


                                          Barbatul fericit.


   Odata a trait acolo un rege. In ziua de Anul Nou ,el a mers la un barbat intelept pentru a invata sa devina fericit.Omul intelept a consultat cartile sale si a gasit remediul.
     'Majestatea Voastra, trebuie sa intrati in hainele unui om fericit, si numai in acest fel fericirea lui va  ajunge la tine.'
    Inainte de a merge in calatoria sa, regele a intrebat cei mai puternici barbati de pe pamant. Dar nimeni nu era fericit.De asemenea,el a intrebat,un barbat chipes care purta o sabie de aur.Acest tanar a fost recompensat de rege atat de generos incat a fost considerat cel mai bogat barbat de pe pamant.
    'Esti fericit,tanarule'
     'Nu,Majestatea Voastra.Poate este din cauza comorilor mele.De aceea vreau sa iti dau banii pe care mi-ai dat cu multe multumiri'
      Regele a intrebat ,de asemenea,tarani,muncitori,functionari,dar nimeni  nu era cu adevarat fericit.
     Intr-o zi el a urcat in munti,Aici,el a intalnit un pastor care fluiera.
     'Esti fericit?Am auzit ca fluierai ca o mierla'
     'Ai putea spune ca sunt fericit',a raspuns pastorul.
  Imediat ce a auzit aceste cuvinte,regele le-a ordonat soldatilor sai sa indeparteze camasa barbatului.Dar barbatul fericit nu purta o camasa.
