Today is the first day of The Christmas holiday, Finally! All the children have waited for this moment, for a very long time. The birds are chirping outside, And I could hear The children screaming from The top of The hill, with their sleds. Immediately, I decided to go downstairs, Eat breakfast, do My daily routine and then get ready for the Adventure that awaits for Me. Once I was done, I picked up My cozy coat and called My Best friend, Anne. I asked her if She wants to go outside and race with me On our New sleds. Of Course She accepted, And I decided The hour for us to meet. Because of My excitement, I couldn't have waited anymore, So I went outside and made a snowman until Anne was done. Once She was done, She called Me and we met up On The hill which was near to our houses. We picked up The sleds, and started the race. While I was countdowning, Anne has already left and because of that I also rushed until the end of the hill. Unexpectedly, My sled accidentally hit a rock and I Fell off The sled, sadly injuring My knee. When I looked at The sled, It was half broken because The rock was huge and I couldn't avoid It, since The speed was big. Eventually, Anne came back to Me and apologized because She cheated On The race. I forgave her, and She helped Me to get back to My home and bandage My knee. When My parents came home, they Were Mad and grounded Me for a few days. After that, I bought a New sled and went outside again for the rest of The holiday.
