The rice porridge with meat
*1,5 kg. chunks of chicken meat with bone ( drumstick,wings);
*1,1/2(250 ml.) round grain rice;
*1 large onion;
*1 garlic clove;
*1 celery stick;
*1-2 peppers white;
*2 medium carrot;
*2 medium tomatoes or 75 ml. tomato sauce;
*100 ml. of oil;
*2 bay leaves;
*herbs(parsley);
*salt and pepper;
The meat is yes with salt and pepper.Is hot oil in a large pan over medium heat,and lightly browned on row pieces of meat,then out aside.In the meantime,the vegetables are clean,wash with care and cut it into cubes suitable,in addition to a carrot than I used to cut into strips of about 8-10 cm. long and 1/2 inch thick(for garnish).The vegetables fry very little to fire (in addition to the carrot strips), with a powder,salt, and in the fat remaining in the pan after it has browned chicken.Once the vegebles are tender,add the chicken pieces into the pan and pour about 1,5-2 l. hot water.Bring to a boil,spice soup with salt and pepper,place the lid and reduces the heat's going,chicken slowly,until the catch to siak, them carfully remove the chicken pieces in the soup.Add the rice well washed and dried,then the tomatoes or bouillon.The chicken pieces are placed on top of the rice,beautiful inserting the carrit strips among them.Cover pan with lid and hot before the oven at 200 °C,where will cook 1 hour-1 hour and a half.In the end,the chicken pieces will be on the surface,the rice should be soft and meat very tender.Leave to cool under the cover of around 25minutes,during which time the liquid eill be completely absorbed.Serve warm,along with the pieces of meat,spinkled with herbs.
