Dear Mister/Madam,

I have contacted you regarding the issues I recently encountered at our local gym.
Apparently, there is a problem with the showers. At the time being, half of the showers are out of order, this causing a lot of disputes at the gym.
Another issue would be the mirror located in the main hall. I noticed today a huge crack right on its center. This makes the mirror pretty unsafe, as it could break down and hurt someone. I would highly recommend you to repair, or eventually replace it.
