Hello dear friend.  How have you been?  It has been so long since I last saw you.I missed you.  I missed your warm smile and your words of encouragement when I was going through difficult times, and you were telling me that problems are only temporary.  I missed the trust I had in you when I could tell you my most intimate secrets and worries, things I could not tell even my own parents.  I missed your understanding look when I made mistakes, even some that hurt you, and you would never judge or accuse me for them.  I missed the easiness I felt that I could talk with you about everything and the good listener you were, knowing I wasn’t looking for a solution to every problem in my life but only for someone that would just listen and a soft shoulder to cry on.
