Armed robbery at the city's bank

Three burglars, previously caught robbing jewelry shops, were arrested last midnight after failing to rob the city's bank. The three robbers were wearing masks and black suits to avoid recognition. After pointing their guns at the bank's employees and prompting them to hand them half a million, a client alerted the police. The three shot the witnesses, hoping to leave no evidence behind.
After being neutralised by the policemen, the burglars were rushed to the police station and put behind bars. A court ruling on Tuesday will decide whether all three will have to be jailed for life. 
The city is now relieved, having gotten rid of three dangerous criminals.
