Dear Mrs White,

As you already know, I we are organising an end-of-term party at our school and I have already made some arrangements. I thought about penning down some very important information about the party, that you would like to know.

To begin with, the party is going to take place on our school hall, on Saturday the 1st July and time starting from 8pm and lasting at 11pm. At the party would be invited the 4th and the 5th forms. The music will contain John Smith's disco songs and Mary and Eva will be responsible for the food and drinks. Furthermore I would like to ask you about the cost of tickets and where are the posters going to be placed.
