am nevoie urgent ! trebuie sa fac o scrisoare adresandu-ma companiei spunandu-le ca sunt nemultumita pentru ca, cadoul a ajuns tarziu si vreau sa mi recuperez banii inapoi .
cerinta este asa :

You ordered a gift for a friend from a mail order company.When it arrived it was late and you were not happy whit it. write a letter to the company , explaining why you are not happy whit the gift and assking for you money back.

On 09th of October, 2016, I ordered a gift with no. 15/2016. The delivery was assured to be made within 3 days but I have received the order too late and I am not satisfied with the content. Because the delivery has been delayed, I had to purchase another gift.

I'd kindly like to ship the item back and receive a refund.

In data de 09 Octombrie 2016, am comandat cadoul nr. 15/2016. S-a asigurat ca livrarea va fi efectuata pe parcursul a 3 zile insa comanda a fost livrata prea tarziu si nu am fost satisfacut de continut. Intrucat livrarea a fost amanata, a trebuit sa achizitionez un alt cadou.

Cu amabilitate, as dori sa returnez bunul si sa imi fie restituiti banii.
