Dear Zack , how are you ? I'm writting to let you know that I think I've found the perfect house for you and your brother. It's in a really nice location . It's a quite area , but the best thing about it is that it is less than two kilometres from the city . Also , the rent for the cottage is only 100 $ a month . Inside the house is nice and comfortable. It has one floor . There is a cosy living room , a kitchen with all the modern equipment , an small bathroom and two badrooms .
