Sports are important activities in a human's life. You have to walk every day to improve your blood activity. You have also to eat healthy and drink lots of water.
To increase your height you could play basketball or volleyball. To lose weight you could play soccer, badminton, tennis. One of my favourite sports it's swimming because it helps your skinn cells regenarate and it also helps you loose weight.
There are many extreme sport like: skydiving, zorbing, parkour, rafting or boungee jumping.
One of the most popular and expensive sport that involves animals is equitation wich is also called riding. It's a fun sport.
