As many people say, the modern human environment could be in danger? Well , today we ask to the question : Is it? Let us discuss it further.
The humans have been making themselves comfortable on all of the earth for the last few million years, which has proven to affect other animals.
Let's take an example, the dodo. It was a flightless bird that was doing great until we came with our savage "pets" . Because the Dodo didn't notice any predators it just stayed there , waiting to be killed.
Despite being an extinct species, ironically, their cousins, pigeons , are invasive animals.
Another problem is Nature. Again, us Humans came in and made our lives easier by using resources of nature. But , at what cost? Other animals have been using the environment in their advantage , so why shouldn't we? Well, "we" , the people, have been using resources in our liking with the consequences of nature dying. Let's talk about air.
Everyone has been taught in school a rule that is simple and easy to learn: 'Don't pollute the earth!'
But we already have. Cars, factories, and others have been destroying the fresh air . Although, in the modern days, we're slowly figuring out How to make those resources use something more favourable then Fresh oxigen and dinosaur fossils.
Another natural resource in danger is water. In the last generation, you couldn't find chip bags and bottles in a lake , but today , Everyone does that , and sadly, it shows. Scientists even predict that by 2050 , every fish would've eaten a plastic bag. This is putting them in danger , and because of the life circle, us too. Technically, we're slowly becoming plastic. But there is also another problem that is said Americans don't fear more then clowns, Global warming. The definition is that this is a long-term rise in earth's climate . Sadly , it is also indicated that by 2050 , natural forcings may account for as much as 64% of the committed surface warming.
The consequences for this are : sea level rise, retreat in glaciers, extreme weather, tropical cyclones and others.
So , in conclusion, the environment that we live in might be in danger, but if we make an effort, we could change that.
