This essay is made to explain why Facebook or other social networking sites are good or bad for teenagers to communicate.
The good things about them is that we can improve our social skills and that we can make new friends. At first those conversations can start with a stranger , but with time that can change and the stranger will become a friend. Since a lot of parents want a lot of their kids more social this can be a good progress.
The bad part about the social networking sites is that cyber bullying exists. And a lot of teenagers have anxiety, stress and maybe depression because of this. And we never know who is behind the screen talking with us, it can be a very old man or actually the person they really are in their photos.
My opinion about those social networking sites is that you can't trust everyone until you know them for a really long time and you finally trust them enough to actually meet with them.
