Buna! Am nevoie de o compunere cu titlul "Are video games addictive activities or mind sports?" de 200 cuvinte. PLS cineva?

Hello! From my point of view the video games are addicted to your mind if you want to. Why do you want to play CSGO when the sun is shining and your friends are playing football outside? You mustn't stay in your house and play Call of Duty when you can go out for a walk with your parents. The games can't help you in a good sense. The rule is that you mustn't stay more than an hour in the front of the TV, tablet, PC, phone or console. If you want to have a healthy life that's the RULE.
We are kids and maybe we don' respect that rule always. I didn't say that we cannot play video games. But if you play too much time you will probably wear glasses. Which are not comfortable. The technology can help us very much, and make our work much easier, but the tehnology can become dangerous.
