Technology is nothing.Whats important is that you have a faith in people,that they're basically good and smart,and if you give them tools,they'll do wonderful things with them.
Any intelligent fool can make things bigger and more complex..It takes a touch of genius,and a lot of courage to move in the opposite direction
It's dosent make sense to hire smart people and then tell them what to do,we hire smart people so they can't tell us what to do.
