To whom it may concern at Premier Inn

I stayed in your Premier hotel in New York, room 2107 over Christmas and New Years (23rd of December to 2nd of January.)

The service I received was, unfortunately, poor on two accounts.

Firstly, the room next to hours had parties on three separate nights with loud music through the night. Although I asked the staff repeatedly to manage this, they were unable to do so.
Secondly, the food was terrible on the 1st on January, when we were served the previous day's leftover dinner, which was obviously not pleasant. Upon inquiring the waiter simply said that this is all they had because of the new year's shortage of personnel. For what it cost I believe it's not out of line to expect fresh food.

I feel at least a partial refund for my inconvenience is reasonable. During my stay I unfortunately had three sleepless nights and I was forced to dine out on the first day of the year.
