Buna am nevoie de o scrisoare de plangere ( Letter of complaint) in engleza impotriva unui hotel spa ,sedere 1 weekend. 400 cuvinte

i do not like this spa hotel.the workers are very nonuseful and if you ask them a question they are not responding.i have wasted a loads and loads of money to come at this hotel but i could go in another hotel.there are not hygienic and workers can not iven do a massage.their clothes are not clean and they need to have a little respect to us.their advertisement are beautiful but in real life they are much worst.
