Buna! Am nevoie urgent de ex 17, si 18. De fapt, sunt înrudite intre ele, dar am nevoie de un model bun ca sa fiu pregatita la teza. Multumesc mult!

18. Dear sir/madam,
Good afternoon! So sorry to disturb , but i am here to write a complaint about my experience yesterday at the restaurant. The views , apparance and atmosphere are amazing! but i guess it comes with some minuses aswell.
Firstly, I want to start with the salad. I noticed that it was not as fresh as I expected, and the vegetables werent washed. Meaning that i found pieces of dirt on the lettuce leaves! The taste wasnt as fresh ( as i said ) and it felt kind of… weird. Maybe the salad wasnt kept good either, I really dont know.
Then i wanted to have a taste of your apple pie, only to realise it was stale and dry. I talked to the waiter about this , only to hear that ‘it was freshly made this morning’. Obviously it dosent seem fresh, and more likley it wasnt made THIS morning. I tought that the taste might be better , but it felt like the apples are unripe.
As it if was not bad enough, i also had the delicious steak i heard about. After the mess i tasted, i tought it may be good, but honestly, it was kind of worse.. the steak was to tought and chewy. Kind of took me sometime to actually enjoy it, but i didnt even enjoy it! The waiter wasnt really a help either, but at least he was kind enough to try and help. He only bought another steak ( as tought and chewy) and only the apparance disatisfyied me.
However, he was kind and tried to be helpfull. Please do check your inventory and how you keep the items.
Of course, i was upset and dissapointed about the experience. I hope that in the future you will point out the mistakes and improve your food. Until that, i wont ever be eating again in such place.

Dear Sir,

  I’m writing to you to complain about the quality of your products and about the missing quantity, as follows.

Firstly, my on line order contained 2 categories, literature books and grammar books. I ordered 6 novels and 4 English grammar books. When I received the parcel and I opened it, I was very disappointed. I took out the novels and I saw that the books were not new. When I placed the order, I wanted new books. There was no mention that the books were not new.

Second of all, when I took out the English grammar books, I noticed that there were only 3 books not 4 as in my order.

Finally, I have to mention that I paid by card, now being without money and without the quantity and quality of the books I wanted so much.

I’m sure there is a mistake somewhere between the on-line order and the delivery.

Will you be so kind as to check this matter and help me get the books I want?
