• Present Tense Simple: every day, every morning, every afternoon, every evening, every night, every week, every month, usually, often, ocasionally, sometimes, rarely;

e.g. She watches TV every evening.

• Past Tense Simple: yesterday, last week, last month, last year, two weeks ago, a month ago, a few years ago;

e.g. They played football yesterday.

• Present Perfect Simple: just, already, yet, ever, never;

e.g. She has just gone to bed.

• Past Tense Continuous: while, at two o'clock yesterday, this time yesterday;
